This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") supplements our Terms of Service and applies to the processing of personal data handled through YieldStream Digital's proprietary B2B outbound systems.
1. Scope and Role
YieldStream Digital acts as a Data Processor regarding the business-to-business contact details and client parameters submitted to our system. The Client acts as the Data Controller.
2. Data Processing Instructions
We process data strictly in accordance with the Client’s documented instructions to deploy automated outbound infrastructure, validate high-ticket leads, and execute system dry runs. We do not sell or lease processed data to third parties.
3. Technical and Organizational Safeguards
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access to data within our proprietary environment is strictly restricted to authorized systems and operations.
4. Data Deletion and Retention
Upon termination of services or direct request from the Data Controller, YieldStream Digital will delete or return all personal data within our system infrastructure, except where retention is strictly required by applicable law.
